Born in Holland, and educated in Belgium, Switzerland and America, Frans makes a clear connection with people regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, or social background. He started his professional career in the financial markets, first as a trader and then as a broker of foreign exchange derivatives. Although his ability to understand customer needs was already clear from that time, his unparalleled customer relations skills were honed the hard way; by starting his own company from scratch, and growing it into a multi-million dollar organization in four years, earning him a reputation as the top supplier for New York City's finest gourmet retailers.
Frans brought his drive, tenaciousness and talent to get deals done, to the real estate market, and within record time proved that his business savvy and personality were great assets, regardless of the industry. Together with his wife, he has lived in Manhattan for the past 15 years, and has an in-depth knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods, and culture. They recently bought a loft in the Flatiron District, ensuring he will remain a true New Yorker for many years. His favorite past-times while in the city, are enjoying the city's unique offerings; restaurants, shows, entertainment, architecture,…, while surrounded by friends and family. However when city life gets too much for him retreats to his log cabin in the woods, where he enjoys outdoor activities; hiking, biking, sailing.
