I am a true Brooklyn Girl in every sense of the word. Born and raised in Brooklyn between Bay Ridge and Sunset Park and currently raising my son who is 3 ½ in Bensonhurst … you can tell Brooklyn is where I call HOME. After working for many years at Knoll (a furniture design firm) in SOHO, I found myself becoming more interested in architecture and the unique character of the apartments being furnished, than in the furniture. To make a long story short I went on maternity leave and never went back to my 9-5 in SoHo. Instead I started my Real Estate career.
My success selling townhouses in Bay Ridge and Sunset Park led to my becoming the on-site sales agent for University Towers, a stylish 547 unit co-op complex 5 minutes from Manhattan-(but at Brooklyn prices). In my time at University Towers I have handled over 70 listings of both sponsor units and re-sales. I've handled estate sales needing complete restoration and I've sold apartments with pristine luxury renovations. I've sold everything from studios to three Bedrooms and have assisted my clients (and now friends) in everything from finding the right contractor to finding just the right accent furniture. My unique relationship with the co-op board has given me special insight into the co-op application process both from the perspective of applicants and owner/shareholders, and I've been able to use this experience to ease the often stressful process for buyers and sellers.
