Lucas Nathan got his first taste of real estate at a very young age, accompanying his father to estate auctions in his hometown of Manchester, Vermont. He began his career in NYC in 2003 at JP Morgan Chase selling mortgages. When he realized all of the opportunities that real estate brokerage offered he quickly made the transition and has been active in the Manhattan market ever since.

Lucas joined Brown Harris Stevens as an assistant to a top producing townhouse broker. In less than a year he on his way to becoming one of the youngest associate brokers at the company and is currently partnered up with SVP, Managing Director Michael Reed. His ambitious can do attitude and friendly demeanor award him praise from principals and brokers on a regular basis.

Lucas thrives on the high energy and interconnectivity of NYC and he believes that customer service is his #1 priority when it comes to working with clients. Specializing in townhouses and condos Lucas is a great resource for everyone from the seasoned investor to the first time homebuyer.

He graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon School and then went on to Skidmore College where he received a degree in Business Administration along with a double minor in Italian and International Affairs. He has studied in Milan and traveled all over the world.

Lucas is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He volunteers his time at the 92nd Street Y and currently lives in Gramercy Park. In his spare time Lucas spends time playing soccer, exploring new restaurants and biking all over the city.
