For selling Manhattan townhouses, luxury condominiums and cooperative apartments, Patricia Panella's track record is second to none. Since joining Brown Harris Stevens in 1997 as an Associate Broker, she has represented an extensive list of buyers and sellers with properties in all parts of Manhattan. As the daughter of an upstate developer and real estate broker, Ms. Panella's family-bred ability to recognize the value of property has accrued to the benefit of her clients, both sellers and buyers. She has assembled entire block fronts for residential developers, identified brownstones suitable for rehabilitation, and expanded her portfolio to large apartment buildings as well as downtown lofts. Ms. Panella lives in the Manhattan's West 80's, where she is a member of the New York Historical Society, REBNY, and the Italian Cultural Round Table. She is currently President of the Board of Counseling in Schools National Network helping at risk children in the New City Public Schools. She graduated from Cortland University with a BS in Physical Education and earned a Masters Degree in Dance Movement Therapy from Antioch New England Graduate School. Her approach to her career has always been one of honesty and integrity. Being a mother of a successful daughter in the Fashion world and a grandmother to a wonderful grandson lends a dimension to her 24 year professional life which is to the benefit of her clients: Patricia knows how to listen! Ms. Panella interests include travel, art and architecture, horse-back riding and gardening. She recently purchased a wonderful cottage in Brattleboro, Vermont where she enjoys spending free time in the beautiful Green Mountains.
