Rajan was inspired to begin a career in real estate while relocating from Paris to New York. Upon completing the purchase of his own apartment, Rajan realized the applicability of his creative and analytical skills to real estate. With over 100 million dollars in sales of luxury homes in Manhattan and having worked with developers on site in new construction projects, Rajan brings a well rounded experience of new construction and existing home sales with him. Rajan works only with referrals from his past and present clients and believes that each client deserves his special personalized attention. Rajan wields an in-depth knowledge of the many idiosyncrasies of the Manhattan real estate market and neighborhoods and the various sub-strata of the market. Although Rajan knows markets real estate all over Manhattan, his specialty is the Gramercy Park neighborhood, where he has been a resident for the past twenty years.
