Sol Howard has been in the real estate business for 34 years. He began his career at the Arthur Wiener Agency where he spent 12 years cultivating expertise in the market. He joined Brown Harris Stevens in 1982 and immediately became one its most successful brokers. Sol Howard specializes in townhouses, co-ops and condominiums. His professionalism and integrity have resulted in a 65% referral rate and earned him the respect of his clients. He caters to their needs, while his insight and experience allow him to excel in negotiation of complex transactions. Sol Howard was born and raised in New York and majored in real estate insurance at Pace University. He and his wife are residents of Rockland County and East Hampton, Long Island. He has two children, one of whom follows in the family business of real estate as a mortgage broker.
